I do hope you love your jewellery. However, I understand that there may be occasions when, for whatever reason, you would like to return your purchases.
Once I receive the pieces back and they have been inspected, then I will process your refund via your original payment method.

UK returns
Change of Mind
Customers have 14 days to notify us of a return. You have a further 14 days to then return the piece(s) to me. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a tracked and insured service.
pACKAGING
They must be returned in the original packaging and via the same delivery method they were sent to you in (tracked services only).
Exclusions
Please note that items made to your specific requirements, personalised pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are strictly non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.

Change of Mind

Non-Refundable Costs
Outbound shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid to customs on your behalf (DDP fees) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Customs Labelling
Returns from outside the UK must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED" on the customs declaration. Failure to do this may result in UK import charges being deducted from your refund.
