I do hope you love your jewellery. However, I understand that on occasions there may be times when, for whatever reason you would like to return your purchases. 

Therefore you can notify me within 14 days of receiving your jewellery that you wish to return. You have a further 14 days to then return the piece(s) to me. They must be returned in the original packaging and via the same delivery method they were sent to you in (tracked services only). You are responsible for the return postage.

Once I receive the pieces back and have been inspected then I will process your refund via your payment method.

Bespoke and personalised pieces of jewellery are non-refundable. Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
