Terms & Conditions


  1. Orders are placed through streetscraftcreations.co.uk. 
  2. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions
  3. Bespoke & customised orders are made to order and therefore have a longer turnaround time as materials may need ordering. 
  4. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis, although please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a tighter deadline and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
  5. Please read the care leaflet(s) that comes with your purchases to ensure the longevity of your pieces

Bespoke Orders:

  1. Bespoke orders are discussed either through email, WhatsApp or social media
  2. Bespoke quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are given after which time the piece(s) will need to be re-costed due to fluctuating metal and gemstone prices
  3. Materials are only ordered and work starts once full payment is made
  4. A bespoke checkout slot will be created on the website and must be paid within 30 days otherwise the slot will be cancelled (2 reminder emails/messages will be sent) *see section 2
  5. Bespoke & personalised orders are non refundable

Payments & Postage:

  1. We accept PayPal & Stripe as a method of payment. (Do not worry though you do not need a Paypal account to purchase)
  2. Orders are posted once ready and full payment has been made
  3. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as this will be the address I ship to. I cannot be held accountable for orders being sent to incorrect addresses
  4. Please ensure you select the correct shipping at the checkout. 
  5. All our UK orders are shipped via tracked Royal Mail services please see DELIVERY for more info.  DHL courier option is also available at checkout.
  6. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control once posted. 
  7. If you are local to Hoddesdon UK collection of your items can be arranged as that is where I am based.
  8. Orders for Europe & the Rest of the World (Inc Ireland & The Channel Islands) are sent via DHL Courier. Custom & Import Taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs

*Please note* during busy periods (Christmas etc.) the delivery times may change we will communicate this to you at the time of ordering.


  1. I hope you are happy with your purchases but should there be any issues please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. 
  2. Please note that there is a 14-day window to contact me with your wish to return your items and a further 14 days to send the jewellery back to me before returns are no longer accepted. Please see section 5.
  3. Unfortunately, bespoke-made pieces and personalised items are not refundable. Pictures will be sent to you via email or message for approval before postage.
  4. Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
  5. Refunds can only be given once items are received back to me so please ensure that returns are delivered back to me undamaged, safely in the original packaging. 
  6. Proof of return will also be required. 
  7. Items must be sent back via the same delivery method they were received. 
  8. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

  10.  Once the piece is inspected for any damages and approved the refund will be processed via PayPal or Stripe.
  11. We are aware on occasions packages may not arrive to you in the manner they left here (thankfully we so far haven't experienced this) if there is any damage to your purchases please collect photo evidence so we can work together to rectify it.
  12. Digital products are non-refundable and are purchased through my Payhip store, payment is taken by Paypal or Stripe


Any competitions or giveaways held are for the stated piece/amount/discount there is no cash alternative. Please read any terms & conditions relating to the giveaways at the time. My standard T&Cs also apply.

Gift Vouchers/E Vouchers:

  1. Gifts vouchers are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
  2. They are emailed to the purchaser who can then email or print them off for their chosen recipient
  3. They can be used towards the cost of a bespoke piece.
  4. If the order exceeds the voucher total, then the remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid in full before work starts.
  5. If the order is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be updated to the unique code given at the time of purchase so it can be used for future orders.
  6. Unfortunately, bespoke or personalised pieces are non-refundable.
