The turnaround time for each piece is listed in the product information. Below explains in more detail.
Ready to post - Item is already made in stock, it will be packed and posted out Monday to Friday. (International/courier deliveries differ)
Made to order - The time frame varies depending on raw material stock and design (please see individual listing for time frame). Items that fall within the exemption weight for hallmarking (silver under 7.78g does not require a hallmark) have a current turnaround time between 2-14 days (not including posting times). UK only. International orders may require additional hallmarks.
Bespoke/custom orders are always welcome; we can discuss designs and create your perfect piece together. Time frames will be dependent on the design of the piece, ordering materials, etc. If you would like to chat with me more about a bespoke piece, see below to contact me for an initial chat.
Any item that is above the exemption weight requires hallmarking; it will take longer and will be discussed at the time of design. For hallmarking exemptions, see here

Custom & Import Taxes - Buyers are responsible for any/all customs duty, import taxes/VAT that may apply to their country of delivery.

Shipping Policy – Updated for USA Orders (Effective August 29, 2025)
I am happy to ship my jewellery worldwide, including to the USA.
However, from August 29, 2025, the USA will no longer offer a “duty-free” threshold for low-value imports. This means:
All USA orders, regardless of value, may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Our courier (DHL) will contact you directly for payment before delivery.
Any unpaid duties/taxes may delay your order or result in it being returned at cost to you.
