Sending jewellery across the world should feel just as special and straightforward as receiving it here in the UK.
For orders to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, I ship using Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means the taxes and import duties are included at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.
Your piece will travel fully tracked and carefully packaged, ready to arrive safely at your door. You can find the delivery options and pricing in the table below.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from the studio.
Delivery times may occasionally vary slightly depending on customs clearance, public holidays or the final delivery location.
*Ring Sizers are sent within the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post
How long will my order take?
Each piece of jewellery is carefully made and finished by hand in my studio. Because of this, your order may take a little longer than something taken straight from a warehouse shelf.
Once your piece is ready, it will be securely packaged and sent using a fully tracked delivery service. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel begins its journey, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Packaging and gifting
Every piece of jewellery is carefully packaged by hand in my studio before it begins its journey to you. Your jewellery will arrive in a presentation box, ready to open and enjoy or give as a gift.
If your order is a gift and you would like a note included, you are welcome to leave a message at checkout, and I will add it to the parcel for you.
Signature on delivery
Because of the value of handmade jewellery, all parcels are sent using a tracked service that requires a signature on delivery, except for UK Tracked 24. This helps ensure your piece arrives safely and reaches the right hands.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will usually leave instructions so you can arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local service point.
