I turn 40 this year, October to be exact, and I’ve decided this will be my gold star year. The year I go all in. The year I stop holding back. Why? I hear you ask…

Well, this little business of mine was a dream I carried around for a long time. One I was far too scared to start, even though I’d lose hours daydreaming about what life might look like if I ever found the courage to just go for it. Eventually, I did. And I’m still so proud of that. Proud of the version of me who dug deep, found a little bravery (and let’s be honest, a bit of “F*** it” attitude), and made it happen.

They say life begins at 40, don’t they? So I’m claiming that energy. This year, I’m done letting fear creep in and slow me down. No more playing small. Not now, not at 40.

The last six years I’ve worked so hard to build this business, and finally, I feel completely aligned with where it’s going. I’ve got clarity, purpose, and a fire in my belly that’s stronger than ever.

So here it is. Written down, spoken out loud, declared to the universe. This is my year. Writing it makes me feel more accountable, and maybe, if you’re reading this, it’ll inspire you to do the same.
